  • 200 ml milk Room temperature.
  • 200 g flour All-purpose flour.
  • 0.5 tsp salt To taste.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to high temperature (about 220°C/430°F) and place the muffin tin inside to heat for 10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, and salt until smooth to make the batter.
Cooking
  1. Carefully pour the batter into the hot oil in each muffin cup, being cautious of splatters.
  2. Return the muffin tin to the oven and bake until the puddings puff up and are golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.

Notes

Serve fresh from the oven alongside a hearty roast. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven to restore crispiness.
