Preparation
  1. In a mason jar or a serving cup, mix the oats, chia seeds, greek yogurt, milk, honey, and raspberries.
  2. Let it sit on the counter or in the fridge for 5-10 minutes until it sets slightly.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate and coconut oil together.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the slightly set overnight oats, ensuring the mixture is covered with chocolate.
  5. Cover the jar or cup and chill in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
  6. Top with extra raspberries before enjoying.

Notes

Serve straight from the jar for a street-food parfait experience. For garnish, consider crushed pistachios, lemon zest, or toasted coconut. Can be stored sealed in the fridge for up to 3 days.
