  • 16 ounces white chocolate chips or melting wafers Use good-quality for best flavor.
  • 1 1/2 cups mini pretzels, roughly crushed Larger pretzels can be used, broken into smaller pieces.
  • 1/2 cup pink and red candy-coated chocolates Seasonal candies can be substituted.
  • 1/4 cup Valentine sprinkles (hearts, jimmies, confetti) Feel free to change the sprinkle type.

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer.
  4. Immediately sprinkle crushed pretzels evenly over the chocolate, gently pressing them in so they adhere.
  5. Add candy-coated chocolates and Valentine sprinkles evenly across the surface.
  6. Refrigerate for 25–30 minutes, or until completely set.
  7. Once firm, break into pieces and serve.

Store bark in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for longer freshness.
