  • 1 bag 1 bag (12 ounces) white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup (64.5 g) creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup 1 cup (55 g) crushed pretzels, plus more for topping Reserve extra pretzels for topping.
  • 3/4 cup 3/4 cup (110 g) dry roasted peanuts, salted, plus more for topping Reserve extra peanuts for topping.
  • Sea salt, for sprinkling Use flaky sea salt for best results.

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and peanut butter. Melt in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  3. Once melted, stir in crushed pretzels and roasted peanuts until coated.
  4. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer.
  5. Sprinkle with reserved pretzel pieces, peanuts, and flaky sea salt.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator until set, then break into pieces.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Can add crispy bacon, toffee bits, or mix nuts for variety. Experiment with flavor additions like vanilla extract or cayenne for a twist.
