Ingredients
  

Crust Ingredients
  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 5 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
Filling Ingredients
  • 500 g cream cheese, softened Make sure it's at room temperature for a smooth texture.
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 ea eggs Add them one at a time.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup chopped macadamia nuts
Topping Ingredients
  • 1 cup caramel sauce For drizzling on top.
  • Extra white chocolate chips or truffles For garnish.
  • Crushed macadamia nuts For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
Filling
  1. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  2. Mix in melted white chocolate, vanilla, and sour cream.
  3. Fold in chopped macadamia nuts.
Baking
  1. Pour filling over the crust. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 50–55 minutes.
  2. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Decoration
  1. Pour caramel sauce over the cheesecake. Top with white chocolate pieces and extra macadamia nuts.
  2. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

Store any leftover cheesecake in the refrigerator, tightly covered with plastic wrap or aluminum foil. It remains delightful for up to five days.
