  • 16 oz 16 oz (3 Cups) Frozen Pineapple Use frozen pineapple for a creamy texture.
  • 1 can 1 (15 oz) Can Unsweetened Light Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 Cup 100% Pineapple Juice Adjust sweetness as desired.

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Add the frozen pineapple, coconut milk, and pineapple juice to a high-powered blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more pineapple juice or frozen pineapple.
  5. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with fresh pineapple and a maraschino cherry if desired.

Notes

Serve cold and enjoy on a sunny day. Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to a day. Shake before serving again.
