  • 1 shot (1 oz) espresso or strong coffee Brew fresh for the best taste.
  • 1 cup milk (or milk alternative) Almond or oat milk can be used for a nuttier flavor.
  • to taste sweetener (sugar or honey) Adjust sweetness according to preference.

Preparation
  1. Start your coffee machine and brew one shot of espresso or strong coffee.
  2. In a blender, combine the pitted cherries and vanilla extract; blend until smooth.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the milk until steaming but not boiling.
Assembly
  1. Pour the freshly brewed espresso into your favorite mug.
  2. Add the cherry-vanilla blend to the mug and watch the colors mix.
  3. Gently pour the steamed milk on top, allowing it to swirl together.
  4. Sweeten to taste with sugar or honey, stir well, and enjoy!

Notes
