Ingredients

For the vegan condensed milk
  • ¾ cup soy milk powder Can substitute with almond or coconut milk powder
  • cup icing sugar Or powdered Xylitol (not safe for pets)
  • ¼ cup warm water Should be just warm to the touch
  • 1 tbsp tahini or cashew butter Choose based on flavor preference
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Method

Preparation
  1. Add the soy milk powder, icing sugar, and pinch of sea salt to a medium bowl and stir thoroughly with a whisk.
  2. Alternatively, you can blend the ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  3. Now add the warm water to the bowl or blender and mix again.
  4. Finally, add the tahini and give it another good mix.
  5. If you prefer a thinner consistency, you can add a little more water, one teaspoon at a time.
  6. Store leftovers covered in the fridge.

Notes

Keep in an airtight jar or container in the fridge for about 7–10 days. If separation occurs, stir or beat with a fork to restore texture. For longer storage, freeze in small portions and thaw gently in the fridge.
