Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows
  • ¼ cup finely chopped pecans, for topping

Method

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and salt. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until fully melted, smooth, and glossy.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in chopped pecans and mini marshmallows gently until evenly coated.
  5. Allow to rest for 3–5 minutes to thicken slightly.
  6. Drop spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping them into candy clusters.
  7. Sprinkle finely chopped pecans over each praline while still soft.
  8. Let set at room temperature for 30–45 minutes, or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until firm.
  9. Transfer to an airtight container for storage.

Notes

Best served at room temperature. Store in an airtight container; they can stay fresh for a week. Optionally refrigerate for longer storage. For variations, try using dark or milk chocolate or add cinnamon or nutmeg for a warm twist.
