Preparation
- Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and salt. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until fully melted, smooth, and glossy.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Fold in chopped pecans and mini marshmallows gently until evenly coated.
- Allow to rest for 3–5 minutes to thicken slightly.
- Drop spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping them into candy clusters.
- Sprinkle finely chopped pecans over each praline while still soft.
- Let set at room temperature for 30–45 minutes, or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until firm.
- Transfer to an airtight container for storage.
Notes
Best served at room temperature. Store in an airtight container; they can stay fresh for a week. Optionally refrigerate for longer storage. For variations, try using dark or milk chocolate or add cinnamon or nutmeg for a warm twist.
