  • 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened Bring to room temperature for smooth mixing.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows Use for a delicate texture.
  • 1/2 cup Valentine’s sprinkles (plus extra for topping)

Preparation
  1. Heat treat the cake mix by spreading it on a baking sheet and baking at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes. Let it cool completely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy and well combined.
  4. Gradually beat in the cooled cake mix until fully blended and smooth.
  5. Gently fold in the whipped topping to maintain airiness.
  6. Stir in mini marshmallows and Valentine’s sprinkles for texture and color.
  7. Transfer to a serving bowl, top with extra sprinkles, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Serve with graham crackers, wafers, or fresh strawberries for dipping. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3–4 days. Briefly stir if marshmallows soften.
