  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Topping
  • 1 cup powdered sugar For dusting

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add in the egg yolks, vanilla extract, and almond extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Gradually fold in the flour and salt until the dough is well blended.
  5. Roll the dough into small balls or desired shapes, placing them on a lined baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cookies are golden.
  2. Once cooled slightly, dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

To keep the cookies fresh, store in an airtight container at room temperature. Can last about a week.
