Ingredients
  

Herbed Mashed Potatoes
  • 5 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • to taste Fresh herbs (like rosemary and thyme)
Green Bean Casserole
  • 1 lb fresh green beans
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup crispy onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Cranberry Orange Sauce
  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 Zest and juice of 1 orange
  • 1/2 cup water
Stuffing
  • 1 loaf bread (cubed)
  • 1 cup celery (diced)
  • 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp sage
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Sweet Potato Casserole
  • 4 large sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Method
 

Herbed Mashed Potatoes Preparation
  1. Peel and chop the potatoes into quarters.
  2. Boil them until tender, about 20 minutes.
  3. Drain and return to the pot.
  4. Add cream, butter, salt, and pepper, and mash until creamy.
  5. Stir in finely chopped herbs and serve warm.
Green Bean Casserole Preparation
  1. Prepare fresh green beans and combine with cream of mushroom soup.
  2. Top with crispy onions and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, and bake as directed.
Cranberry Orange Sauce Preparation
  1. Combine fresh cranberries, sugar, water, zest, and juice of the orange in a pot.
  2. Cook until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens.
Stuffing Preparation
  1. Cube the bread and mix with diced celery and chopped onion.
  2. Add vegetable broth, sage, salt, and pepper and bake until golden.
Sweet Potato Casserole Preparation
  1. Boil sweet potatoes until tender, mash and mix with brown sugar and butter.
  2. Top with mini marshmallows and bake until golden and gooey.
