- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing well until a dough-like consistency forms.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- If desired, roll the balls in coconut flakes for coating.
- Place the snowballs on a lined baking sheet and refrigerate until firm.
Notes
Serve chilled on vibrant trays and garnish with pomegranate seeds or edible gold dust. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 1 month.
