Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch dish.
- In a bowl, mix muffin mix, both corns, sour cream, butter, eggs, salt, and 2 tbsp honey.
- Pour mixture into the greased dish.
Baking
- Bake for 45–50 minutes until golden and set.
- Drizzle remaining honey on top in the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm alongside roasted meats or vegetables. A pat of butter on top adds indulgence. For added depth, sprinkle cracked black pepper or chives.
