Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place your prepared pie crust in the refrigerator to set while preparing the filling.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry sugar-free chocolate pudding mix and heavy whipping cream. Beat on medium speed until smooth and velvety.
  3. Gently fold in the frozen whipped topping, mixing on low until just combined.
  4. Spread the filling over the chilled crust, smoothing it out. Cover with plastic wrap and let chill in the refrigerator.
Topping
  1. Whisk together cream cheese, powdered sugar, whipping cream, and vanilla extract until fluffy.
  2. Spread the topping over the pie before serving.
