  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold Use cold cream for better whipping results.
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced You can substitute with thawed frozen strawberries.

  • 4 pieces soft tortillas or thin cake layers If you can’t find soft tortillas, use thin cake layers or crepes.

  1. Begin by beating the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Next, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Spread the filling evenly over each tortilla and sprinkle diced strawberries on top.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly and chill in the refrigerator for about an hour.
  5. Once chilled, slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces to reveal the strawberry swirls.

Notes

These rolls can be garnished with fresh mint or powdered sugar for an elegant touch. Store in an airtight container for up to three days.
