  • 20 ounce can pineapple tidbits, drained Drain well to avoid a watery mixture.
  • 16 ounce package large fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced Approximately 2 3/4 cups.
  • 8 ounce package whipped topping Fold gently to maintain fluffiness.
  • 3 ounce box strawberry jello mix Adjust sweetness based on preference.
  • 3 1/2 cups mini marshmallows Add a few just before serving for best texture.

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, pineapple tidbits, sliced strawberries, whipped topping, strawberry jello mix, and mini marshmallows.
  2. Stir well until everything is thoroughly combined.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to plate and serve cold.

Notes

For best flavor, use ripe strawberries. Store in an airtight container; best consumed within 2–3 days. For variations, consider using mixed berries or adding a tropical twist with mandarin oranges and coconut.
