Preparation
- In a bowl, add coffee granules, hot water, granulated sugar, and pink food gel. Whisk vigorously for around 5-8 minutes until thick and creamy, then set aside.
- Place the strawberries, ice, and dairy free milk into a blender and blend until smooth.
Serving
- Fill a clear glass with ice and pour over the strawberry milk, adding as much milk as you desire.
- Spoon the whipped coffee cream on top and serve with chopped strawberries and vegan mini eggs for decoration.
Notes
Enjoy fresh and chilled. The whipped coffee is best enjoyed immediately but can be stored in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Re-whisk before use.
