Preparation

- Cover the dough and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Baking
- Scoop rounded dough balls onto the baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until the edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
