Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 liter milk
  • 10 dkg sugar (5 dkg for yolks, 5 dkg for whites) Use 5 dkg for the yolks and 5 dkg for whipping the egg whites.
  • 5 pieces eggs Separate the yolks from the whites.
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla pudding powder Ensure a rounded tablespoon for proper thickness.
  • 350–400 g strawberries Fresh strawberries preferred; frozen can be used if thawed.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Begin by gently warming the milk in a saucepan.
  2. Carefully separate the eggs, placing yolks in one bowl and whites in another.
  3. In the bowl with the yolks, whisk together with 5 dkg of sugar and the vanilla pudding powder until silky.
  4. Gradually mix the yolk mixture into the warmed milk, stirring steadily until thickened.
Meringue
  1. In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites with the remaining 5 dkg of sugar until stiff peaks form.
  2. Gently heat the meringue in the microwave for one minute in batches, transforming it into delightful pearls.
Strawberry Puree
  1. Blend the strawberries into a puree and strain to remove seeds.
  2. Fold the strawberry puree softly into the cooled vanilla cream.
Serving
  1. Serve chilled in glassware, topped with finely chopped strawberries and mint leaves.

Notes

For best results, ensure all ingredients are at room temperature. Macerate strawberries for a more intense flavor before blending. Be gentle when folding in the strawberry puree.
