Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and white chocolate in 30-second increments, stirring after each.
- In a stand mixer bowl, combine the eggs, egg yolk, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla. Beat until thick and creamy.
- Whisk in the melted chocolate mixture.
- Fold in the sifted flour, baking powder, salt, and matcha until just combined.
Baking
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 23 minutes.
- Let the brownies cool completely before slicing.
