  • 1 cup crab meat Fresh crab meat is preferred but canned works too.
  • 1 cup scallops, cooked and chopped Ensure scallops are properly cooked.
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon, finely chopped Adds a smoky flavor to the mix.
Creamy Base
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened Helps bind the seafood ingredients.
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice Freshly squeezed lemon juice for better taste.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic adds depth of flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (dill or parsley, or a mix of both) Chopped finely for even distribution.
  • to taste Salt and black pepper Season according to personal preference.
Serving
  • as needed Crackers or crusty bread For serving the seafood mixture.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic, and fresh herbs. Stir until smooth.
  2. Mix in the chopped shrimp, crab meat, and scallops until well combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
  1. Serve the seafood mixture on crackers or freshly toasted bread, garnished with additional herbs and lemon slices.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding smoked paprika or hot sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
