Ingredients
  

Base
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs For the base
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted To bind the base together
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar For sweetness
Filling
  • 1 cup powdered sugar For the creamy filling
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened Must be at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened Ensure it's at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For flavor
Topping
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips For melting over the filling
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles Optional, for decoration

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well blended.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9x9 inch baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, softened butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the graham cracker base.
Topping
  1. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  2. Pour melted white chocolate over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
  3. If desired, sprinkle colorful sprinkles over the top.
Chill
  1. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until solid before cutting into bars.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Ensure cream cheese and butter are at room temperature for the filling.
