Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well blended.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9x9 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, softened butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the graham cracker base.
Topping
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Pour melted white chocolate over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
- If desired, sprinkle colorful sprinkles over the top.
Chill
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until solid before cutting into bars.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Ensure cream cheese and butter are at room temperature for the filling.
