  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the vegan butter and sugar until creamy.
  3. Add cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt; mix until combined.
  4. Stir in non-dairy milk and vanilla extract until the batter is smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  2. Let the brownies cool completely.
Assembly
  1. Cut into squares and top with a dollop of whipped coconut cream.
  2. Place a piece of red fruit on top to resemble Santa's hat.

Notes

Ensure brownies are completely cooled before decorating. You can also experiment with different red fruits. Involve family in decorating for a fun activity.
