Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cups granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter, melted
Cheesecake Filling
  • 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cups granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups diced apples Choose firm apples for best texture.
  • 0.5 cups salted caramel sauce For drizzling before serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove it from the oven and let it cool.
Making the Filling
  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the flour and mix well until combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract and diced apples.
Baking
  1. Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust in the springform pan.
  2. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
  3. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door slightly open for 1 hour.
  4. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Serving
  1. Before serving, drizzle the cheesecake with salted caramel sauce.
