Ingredients

  • 5 cups rice krispies cereal
  • 2 cups graham crackers, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup salted butter (1/2 stick)
  • 10 ounce bag marshmallows
  • 7 ounce container marshmallow creme
  • 12.75 ounce Hershey's special dark XL chocolate bars (3 4.25-ounce bars)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a 10x15 inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice krispies cereal, chopped graham crackers, and salt.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and then stir in the marshmallows until completely melted (about 5-8 minutes).
  4. Remove the saucepan from heat and fold in the rice krispies mixture until well coated.
  5. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan and let it cool for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Spread the marshmallow creme over the middle of the treats.
  7. Place the chocolate bars on top and broil for 1 minute until softened.
  8. Carefully roll the treats from the chocolate side, seam side down, creating a log.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  10. Slice into individual rolls and serve at room temperature.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon or some chocolate chips. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
