Preparation
- Line a 10x15 inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice krispies cereal, chopped graham crackers, and salt.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and then stir in the marshmallows until completely melted (about 5-8 minutes).
- Remove the saucepan from heat and fold in the rice krispies mixture until well coated.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan and let it cool for 3-5 minutes.
- Spread the marshmallow creme over the middle of the treats.
- Place the chocolate bars on top and broil for 1 minute until softened.
- Carefully roll the treats from the chocolate side, seam side down, creating a log.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
- Slice into individual rolls and serve at room temperature.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon or some chocolate chips. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
