Base Ingredients
  • 300 g dark chocolate Use good quality chocolate for the best flavor.
  • 20 g butter Unsalted butter is recommended.
Mix-ins
  • 120 g Juleskum marshmallows Snip into bite-sized pieces before adding.
  • 150 g Dumle candies Cut into smaller bits for better mixing.
  • 150 g peanut M&Ms Can substitute with regular M&Ms if desired.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Melt dark chocolate in a bowl over gently simmering water, stirring until smooth.
  2. Add butter to the melted chocolate and stir until fully incorporated.
  3. Cut Juleskum marshmallows and Dumle candies into smaller pieces and add them, along with the peanut M&Ms, to the chocolate mixture. Fold until evenly mixed.
  4. Line a 20x20 cm dish with parchment paper. Pour in the chocolate mixture and smooth the top.
  5. Refrigerate for about 60 minutes to set.
  6. Once set, slice into squares and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in a cool place for up to one week. Can be frozen, just wrap tightly.
