Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Toast the pistachios, almonds, and macadamias for 10 minutes.
- Heat the sweetened condensed milk in the microwave for 2.5 minutes until hot.
- Add the chocolate melts to the warm milk and let sit for 5 minutes before stirring until smooth.
- Fold in the jubes, marshmallows, and half of the toasted nuts.
Assembly
- Pour the fudge mixture into a lined slice tin and sprinkle the remaining toasted nuts on top.
- Chill in the fridge for 2 hours until set.
- Melt some white chocolate and drizzle it over the set fudge before cutting it into squares or shapes.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week, or in the fridge for up to two weeks. Experiment with different nuts and dried fruits for variations!
