Ingredients
  

Nuts
  • 1 cup pistachios Toasted
  • 1 cup almonds Toasted
  • 1 cup macadamias Toasted
Fudge Mixture
  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 500 g chocolate melts For a smooth texture
  • 1 packet marshmallows
  • 1 packet jube lollies
  • white chocolate for garnish Melted for drizzling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Toast the pistachios, almonds, and macadamias for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the sweetened condensed milk in the microwave for 2.5 minutes until hot.
  3. Add the chocolate melts to the warm milk and let sit for 5 minutes before stirring until smooth.
  4. Fold in the jubes, marshmallows, and half of the toasted nuts.
Assembly
  1. Pour the fudge mixture into a lined slice tin and sprinkle the remaining toasted nuts on top.
  2. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours until set.
  3. Melt some white chocolate and drizzle it over the set fudge before cutting it into squares or shapes.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week, or in the fridge for up to two weeks. Experiment with different nuts and dried fruits for variations!
