Preparation
- Line an 8 inch x 8 inch square pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter.
- Stir in sugar, half and half, chocolate chips, marshmallow fluff, vanilla, and red food coloring.
- Cook the mixture until all ingredients meld into a silky blend.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and refrigerate for 2-3 hours to set.
- If desired, warm cream cheese frosting or white chocolate chips for drizzle.
- Once set, remove from pan using parchment paper and cut into 16 pieces.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate for up to two weeks. Use parchment paper between fudge pieces for easy access.
