  • ¾ cup butter Allow to melt slowly.
  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • cup half and half
  • 12 ounces milk chocolate chips Consider using high-quality chips for a richer taste.
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 7 ounces marshmallow fluff Can substitute with mini marshmallows and corn syrup.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ounce liquid red food coloring Adjust quantity for desired shade.

Preparation
  1. Line an 8 inch x 8 inch square pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter.
  3. Stir in sugar, half and half, chocolate chips, marshmallow fluff, vanilla, and red food coloring.
  4. Cook the mixture until all ingredients meld into a silky blend.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and refrigerate for 2-3 hours to set.
  6. If desired, warm cream cheese frosting or white chocolate chips for drizzle.
  7. Once set, remove from pan using parchment paper and cut into 16 pieces.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate for up to two weeks. Use parchment paper between fudge pieces for easy access.
