Preparation
  1. Wash the Portulaca leaves thoroughly under running water.

  1. To make the salad, combine Portulaca, cucumber, tomato, and vinaigrette in a bowl.
  2. For the smoothie, blend together Portulaca, pineapple, and mango until smooth.
