Preparation
- Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions, using only half the indicated water. Allow it to cool.
- In a blender, combine the cooled gelatin, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and milk. Blend until a luscious pink cream forms, evenly incorporated and airy.
- Fold in the chopped fresh strawberries carefully.
- Pour the mixture into a dish and refrigerate for a minimum of four hours, until firm.
Notes
For added elegance, infuse the cream with vanilla extract. Ensure gelatin is completely cooled before combining. You can experiment with different fruits like raspberries or blueberries.
