  • 1/3 cup marshmallow cream or fluff
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter Use creamy or crunchy based on preference.
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature Ensure fully softened to avoid lumps.
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips Use semi-sweet or dark chocolate as desired.

Preparation
  1. In a medium sized bowl, beat together the cream cheese, peanut butter, and marshmallow fluff with a hand mixer until smooth.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips in a small bowl, heating in the microwave on high power in 30 second increments, stirring well between each, until melted and smooth.
  3. In a serving bowl, place half of the peanut butter mixture and drizzle on half of the melted chocolate. Swirl together.
  4. Repeat with the remaining peanut butter mixture and melted chocolate.

Notes

Serve this dip slightly chilled or at cool room temperature. For a delightful experience, accompany with graham crackers, toasted baguette slices, apple wedges, or soft pretzels. A small bowl of extra marshmallow fluff and toasted marshmallow can create a whimsical presentation.
