Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • cups milk Use room-temperature milk for better blending.
  • ½ cup white granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs Use room-temperature eggs.
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter Briefly microwave if too thick.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a prep bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Add in the peanut butter and whisk until it is well incorporated.
  4. Add the flour mixture and mix well.
Baking
  1. Pour the batter into a lightly greased loaf pan.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 to 60 minutes, until lightly browned on top and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
  3. Allow to cool completely before removing from the pan and slicing.

Notes

Slice thick, toast lightly, and serve with additional peanut butter, honey, or toppings like bananas and coconut. Store at room temperature for up to 2 days, or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Freezes well for up to 2 months.
