Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper or grease lightly.
- In a large, microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and peanut butter together, stirring until smooth.
- Whisk in the brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gently fold in the flour and salt, taking care not to overmix.
- Fold in the Reese's Pieces and chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Baking
- Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the top is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the blondies to cool in the pan before slicing.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days, or refrigerate for a week. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature before serving. Sprinkle sea salt on top before baking for added depth.
