Preparation
- Set oven to 190°C (375°F) and allow to fully preheat.
- Roll out crescent dough on a lightly floured surface and seal seams to form a single sheet.
- Brush the sheet with melted butter, then sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly over the surface.
- Distribute peach filling evenly over the prepared dough sheet.
- Tightly roll the dough into a log and slice lengthwise to expose layers.
- Twist each half and form into spirals.
- Place each spiral into a greased muffin tin cavity.
Baking
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Allow cruffins to cool slightly in the tin, then optionally dust with powdered sugar prior to serving.
Notes
Serve warm for best flavor with optional toppings like vanilla ice cream, honey, or mascarpone. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days or freeze for longer storage.
