  • 4 large large donuts (glazed or cream filled)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup (optional, for drizzling) Optional for drizzling
For the Oreo Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 10 to 12 Oreo cookies, crushed into small pieces Quantity may vary based on preference
  • 2 to 3 extra Oreos, crushed (for garnish)

Method
 

Prepare the Oreo Cheesecake Filling
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and velvety.
  2. Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract, then beat for 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  3. Gently fold in the crushed Oreos.
Prepare the Donut Burger
  1. Slice each donut in half horizontally.
  2. Optionally, lightly toast the cut sides in a skillet for a golden crunch.
Assemble the Burger
  1. Generously spoon the Oreo cheesecake filling onto the bottom half of each donut.
  2. Place the top half of the donut to complete the burger.
Garnish and Serve
  1. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top of each donut burger.
  2. Sprinkle on additional crushed Oreos for garnish.
  3. Serve immediately, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Notes
