  • 1 package 14.3 oz Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Use full-fat for best texture
  • 12 oz white chocolate or candy melts
Decoration Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup pink candy melts For bunny ears and facial features
  • 1/2 cup black candy melts
  • Mini pieces marshmallows For bunny ears
  • pink sugar sprinkles Optional for decoration
  • edible food marker Black for facial details

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and combine with softened cream cheese until a dough-like consistency forms.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Coating
  1. Melt the white chocolate or candy melts and dip each ball to coat. Allow to set.
Decoration
  1. Use the mini marshmallows dipped in pink sugar for ears.
  2. Melt pink and black candy melts for facial features, and use an edible marker for eyes.
  3. Let decorations set before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Refrigerate if your kitchen is warm; bring to room temperature before serving to restore tenderness.
