Main Ingredients
  • 1 package Oreo cookies Regular or double-stuffed Oreos can be used.
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
  • 1 package chocolate (for dipping) Can use dark, milk, or white chocolate.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin in a plastic bag.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a walnut, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes until firm.
Dipping
  1. Melt the chocolate according to package instructions.
  2. Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate and let excess drip off before placing back on the baking sheet.
  3. Allow chocolate to set at room temperature or in the fridge.

Notes

These can be served on a platter with mint leaves for decoration or wrapped as gifts. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage.
