Preparation
- Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin in a plastic bag.
- In a medium bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a walnut, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes until firm.
Dipping
- Melt the chocolate according to package instructions.
- Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate and let excess drip off before placing back on the baking sheet.
- Allow chocolate to set at room temperature or in the fridge.
Notes
These can be served on a platter with mint leaves for decoration or wrapped as gifts. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage.
