Ingredients
  

Jello Mixture
  • 1 box 1 (.3oz) box of Orange Sugar-Free Jello Can be substituted with regular Jello if preferred.
  • 3/4 cup 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup 1 cup ice water Prepare with ice and water.
Creamy Base
  • 1 cup 1 cup (8oz) plain non-fat Greek yogurt Can be replaced with a dairy-free yogurt alternative.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Pour 3/4 cup of boiling water into a medium-sized bowl. Sprinkle in the Jello powder and stir until fully dissolved.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of ice water by filling a cup with ice and adding water until full.
  3. Add the ice water to the Jello mixture and mix gently until the ice melts and the Jello thickens slightly.
  4. Combine the thickened Jello and Greek yogurt in a blender. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into serving glasses or a bowl and chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Notes

Garnish with whipped cream or orange peel before serving. Store in the fridge for up to a week, covered.
