Preparation
- Pour 3/4 cup of boiling water into a medium-sized bowl. Sprinkle in the Jello powder and stir until fully dissolved.
- Prepare 1 cup of ice water by filling a cup with ice and adding water until full.
- Add the ice water to the Jello mixture and mix gently until the ice melts and the Jello thickens slightly.
- Combine the thickened Jello and Greek yogurt in a blender. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into serving glasses or a bowl and chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
Notes
Garnish with whipped cream or orange peel before serving. Store in the fridge for up to a week, covered.
