Method
 

Preparation
  1. Melt butter or heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the fresh minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Cooking
  1. Add the pasta to the pot along with whole milk and enough water to cover the pasta.
