  • 2 cups powdered sugar Extra for rolling (optional).
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, blend the peanut butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until a soft dough forms.
  2. Lay waxed paper on the counter. Take half of the dough and shape it into a long roll. Repeat with the other half.
  3. Wrap each roll in wax paper and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, optionally roll each piece in extra powdered sugar before slicing into bite-sized pieces and wrap each one in wax paper.

Notes

For an extra layer of flavor, add a pinch of sea salt to the dough. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks, or in the fridge for a firmer texture.
