Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, blend the peanut butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until a soft dough forms.
- Lay waxed paper on the counter. Take half of the dough and shape it into a long roll. Repeat with the other half.
- Wrap each roll in wax paper and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, optionally roll each piece in extra powdered sugar before slicing into bite-sized pieces and wrap each one in wax paper.
Notes
For an extra layer of flavor, add a pinch of sea salt to the dough. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks, or in the fridge for a firmer texture.
