Preparation
- Gather all ingredients and place the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract in a glass bowl.
- Add the bittersweet chocolate chips, Nutella, and butter to the bowl.
- Microwave the mixture in intervals of 15 to 20 seconds, stirring gently after each interval, until smooth and fully combined. This should take about three minutes.
Setting the Fudge
- Line a 7x11 baking dish with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle sea salt on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 to 3 hours until set.
Serving
- Once set, slice the fudge into bite-sized squares and serve on a platter.
Notes
Nutella Fudge can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week. You can add espresso powder or nuts for variation. Enjoy it fresh or try freezing for longer preservation.
