Ingredients
  

Fudge Base Ingredients
  • 1 can 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 3 TBSP butter
  • to taste Sea salt For topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients and place the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract in a glass bowl.
  2. Add the bittersweet chocolate chips, Nutella, and butter to the bowl.
  3. Microwave the mixture in intervals of 15 to 20 seconds, stirring gently after each interval, until smooth and fully combined. This should take about three minutes.
Setting the Fudge
  1. Line a 7x11 baking dish with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  2. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle sea salt on top.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 to 3 hours until set.
Serving
  1. Once set, slice the fudge into bite-sized squares and serve on a platter.

Notes

Nutella Fudge can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week. You can add espresso powder or nuts for variation. Enjoy it fresh or try freezing for longer preservation.
