  • 250 g mascarpone Opt for high-quality for richer taste.
  • 200 g Nutella Alternatively, use another chocolate spread if desired.
  • 300 ml fresh cream Whip until soft peaks form.
  • 200 g digestive biscuits or cocoa biscuits Can substitute with graham crackers or chocolate wafers.
  • to taste bitter cocoa powder For dusting the top before serving.
  • optional chocolate chips Can be added between layers for extra crunch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine mascarpone and Nutella until smooth and velvety.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the fresh cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture.
  4. Crush the digestive biscuits into small shards.
  5. In a rectangular container lined with baking paper, alternate layers of the Nutella blend and crushed biscuits, finishing with a layer of cream on top.
  6. Cover and freeze for at least four hours, preferably overnight.
Serving
  1. Cut the dessert into squares and serve on chilled plates, garnished as desired.

Notes

This dessert can be stored in the freezer for up to a week to preserve freshness. Allow adequate freezing time for the best texture.
