Preparation
- In a bowl, combine mascarpone and Nutella until smooth and velvety.
- In a separate bowl, whip the fresh cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture.
- Crush the digestive biscuits into small shards.
- In a rectangular container lined with baking paper, alternate layers of the Nutella blend and crushed biscuits, finishing with a layer of cream on top.
- Cover and freeze for at least four hours, preferably overnight.
Serving
- Cut the dessert into squares and serve on chilled plates, garnished as desired.
Notes
This dessert can be stored in the freezer for up to a week to preserve freshness. Allow adequate freezing time for the best texture.
