Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces Weet Bix, crushed Crush by hand in a zip-top bag with a rolling pin for rustic texture.
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut For rolling and coating the balls.
  • 1 cup Milo Chocolate-malted powder.
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk Add a splash more if the mixture feels too dry.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients until the mixture is sticky.
  2. Roll the mixture into balls, then roll in desiccated coconut.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to a month. Thaw in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
