  • cup peanut butter Use creamy peanut butter for best results.
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature Ensure cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust or Oreo pie crust Choose based on your taste preference.
  • 4 ounces Cool Whip, thawed For a lighter topping.
  • Roasted peanuts, chopped Optional garnish for added crunch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a spacious bowl, combine the peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar using an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Add the milk and continue mixing until the mixture is silky smooth.
  3. Transfer the filling into the pre-prepared pie crust, spreading it evenly.
  4. Spread the Cool Whip on top of the peanut butter filling using a rubber spatula.
  5. Optionally, sprinkle chopped roasted peanuts on top for extra crunch.
Freezing
  1. Place the pie in the freezer for three hours.
  2. Once frozen, allow it to sit at room temperature for ten minutes before slicing.

Notes

Store leftovers in the freezer covered with plastic wrap or aluminum foil for up to one week. Thaw in the refrigerator before enjoying.
