  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 box (3 oz) peach Jello
  • 12 oz peach yogurt
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 cup fresh peaches, peeled and diced Extra peach slices for topping
  • 1 crust graham cracker crust

Preparation
  1. Whisk together the water and peach Jello until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Heat the mixture in the microwave for 1 minute, stirring gently until fully dissolved.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together peach yogurt and Cool Whip until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the diced peaches into the yogurt and Cool Whip mixture.
  5. Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  7. Before serving, top with fresh peach slices.

Notes

Ensure your Jello is completely dissolved to avoid graininess. You can experiment with fresh herbs or add crushed graham crackers for extra crunch.
