Preparation
  1. Gently crush the biscuits into fine crumbs and combine with the melted butter. Press this mixture into the base of a pan, then refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to set.
  2. In a chilled bowl, whisk the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks, and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and optional lemon juice until velvety.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  5. Pour the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the surface. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4-6 hours or overnight.
Serving
  1. Once set, remove the cheesecake from the pan and garnish with fresh berries, fruit compote, or a drizzle of chocolate or caramel before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, incorporate orange zest into the filling. Ensure cream cheese is fully softened and do not rush the chilling process for best results.
