- If the dough is too wet, add more almond flour until the desired consistency is reached.
- Press the dough into a lined bread loaf pan and refrigerate for at least two hours.
Optional Glaze Preparation
- Whisk together confectioners' sugar and coffee creamer until smooth.
- Spread the glaze over the chilled bites and freeze for an additional 20 minutes.
Notes
Store the bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 1 month. Be gentle when mixing to avoid overworking the dough. Adjust sweetness to taste with maple syrup.
