- In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and honey over low heat. Stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- In a large bowl, pour the chocolate mixture over rice cereal and mix until all pieces are coated.
- Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking dish.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour until set.
- Once set, cut into bars and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Add mix-ins like dried fruits or nut butter variations for a twist!
