Preparation
- Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Microwave white chocolate chips in 30 second intervals until smooth, about 2 1/2 minutes total.
- In a medium bowl, microwave marshmallows and butter for about 2 minutes until puffed, then stir until silky.
- Quickly stir melted white chocolate into the marshmallow mixture until fully blended.
- Fold in all but 1/3 cup of the Dots candy until evenly distributed.
Assembly
- Press mixture into the pan using lightly greased hands, then press remaining Dots on top.
- Let set at room temperature until firm, then cut into squares.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week. If your kitchen is warm, pop them in the fridge for a firmer bite; just let them come back to room temp a bit before serving.
